Returns And Exchanges

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. From 4 to 14 days, you will only be able to do an exchange for another item of the same or greater value. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please fill-up the form here and follow the steps. Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached ready for your collection. Items will be collected within 48 hours. UAE returns and exchanges are FREE. (1 free collection per order otherwise 25aed charge per collection). If your return is accepted, we’ll schedule a collection at your doorstep. Cash payments on delivery are STORE credit refund only.

Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still applied. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund or exchange and can be refused.

Exchanges for a different style will need to be processed as a store credit which will be deducted / redeemable on the new item, once the exchanged item has been collected and approved. Email info@bellaplage.com to confirm your new order is an exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@bellaplage.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items like accessories cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

International purchases

If the merchandise is being shipped outside the UAE, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
